All plans include a human review before delivery. Knowmadic is a licensed travel agent — which means we can also help you book, and earn commissions that help keep this service running. You're never obligated to book through us.
Knowmadic earns commissions when clients book travel through us as a licensed Cornerstone Travel agent — flights, hotels, tours, and experiences. This is standard practice in the travel industry and costs you nothing extra. Plan fees exist to ensure the quality of research and planning is never compromised. We'll always tell you what we earn, and we'll never recommend something because of commission alone.

What exactly is included in the free plan?
The Explorer plan gives you a full destination research report with two recommended options, a budget estimate, and a basic booking checklist. It's a genuine plan — enough to start making decisions. The full day-by-day itinerary and booking guide require upgrading to Adventurer.
How does the 24-hour turnaround work?
Once you submit your intake form and complete payment, your plan enters the queue. Adventurer plans are delivered within 24 hours. Concierge plans are same-day for requests received before noon EST. You'll receive an email when your plan is ready.
What if I want changes after I receive my plan?
Adventurer plans include one round of revisions — just reply to your delivery email with specific feedback. Concierge plans include unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied. We'd rather get it exactly right than have you book a trip you're not excited about.
Do I have to book through Knowmadic?
Never. Your plan includes direct booking links so you can book everything independently. We earn commissions if you choose to book through us as your travel agent, but that's always your call. The plan is yours regardless.
Is this just AI, or is a real person involved?
Both. Knowmadic uses AI to handle the research, structure, and speed — but every plan is personally reviewed by a licensed travel agent before it reaches you. You get the best of both: depth and speed from AI, judgment and expertise from a human.
What kinds of trips does Knowmadic specialize in?

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
If your plan doesn't meet your expectations and revisions don't fix it, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — including a full refund if we can't. We stand behind every plan we deliver.
What's the Concierge plan best for?
Complex or high-stakes trips — honeymoons, milestone birthdays, multi-family vacations, corporate offsites, or any trip where the details really matter. The consultation call alone helps catch things a form can't capture. If the trip is important, Concierge is worth it.
